This team should have known that every party involved in the port area is resposible. This stupid comment shows knowledge, the efficency,the ability, efficiency and competency of the investigation team!
The parties involved are the customs, the port authority, the official of Thilawa Terminal, the department of marine Administration and the securitry personnel of MITT. This terminal has also observed the Port security Awareness courses run by the department of Marine Administration.
In my opinion, the security personnel from the port of loading (Pakistan) and the transit port (Singapore) are also responsible.
